Xavier Vignon spent 20 years advising the Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Southern Rhône Valley wine estates as an oenologist before making his own wines.

Today this "hunter of terroirs" works with a team of 15 winemakers / friends with whom he selects the best vineyards in the region. Then he assembles the best "juices" to compose his ideal wine: "Something concentrated, respectful of the soil and always silky."
