As famous oenologist Caroline Frey says, the idea of producing "Evidence" came to her "quite naturally, by constantly going back and forth between Ludon-Médoc (Bordeaux) and Tain-l'Hermitage (Rhone). Cabernet-sauvignon comes from the vines producing the second wine of La Lagune (3rd Cru Classé), and the syrah from the vineyards of Domaine de Thalabert, which vinifies the Crozes-Hermitage of Jaboulet ".
This week Twil and Caroline Frey propose you to order Mademoiselle L, the Haut-Médoc of La Lagune, Les Jalets, the Crozes-Hermitage of Jaboulet and the famous Evidence which assembles the grapes of these two wines.
