The freshness of the Savoyard hillsides
Domaine Adrien Berlioz
Adrien Berlioz moved to Chignin in 2006 and now cultivates 5 ha of vines on the hillsides, organic.
The grapes, harvested at perfect maturity, give balanced and precise wines. In the cellar, vinifications are done without inputs, with indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation and aging in vats or half-muids.
The estate has about fifteen cuvées dedicated to Savoyard grape varieties.
Albinum (Bergeron) is rich and creamy, while Marie Clothilde (Mondeuse) seduces with her pulpy flesh and elegant breeding.
