The Grape Whisperer

Château Pech-Latt - Corbières

Zero Weedkiller, a minimum of sulphite, 100% organic since 1991, the wine estate is surrounded by scrubland with a shepherd and his 220 sheep. At the end of the harvest, Lise, oenologist and manager of Château Pech-Latt, plays music to her grapes, and more specifically "Noir Desire" during winemaking. She then talks to the yeasts inside the grapes and dictates to them the work to be done before the fermentation.

The estate: located in the Corbières in Languedoc-Roussillon, between Montpellier and Toulouse, the vineyard is encircled by hills at the foot of the mountain of Alaric. These high hills create an exceptional climate shelter situation. The first vines were planted around the year 784 by the monks of Lagrasse Abbey. The wine: A blend of Syrah (60%) and Grenache. The old vines (35 years old) bring an aromatic bouquet of scrubland. [SUPER HEART] already ready to drink, this gourmet and very aromatic wine seduced the entire Twil team during the tasting at the office!

Tamanova? it's the name of a novel by the former owner, Alix André, an enigmatic novelist.
