"Les Gravières du Taurou" 1999 beat Petrus during a blind tasting in London in September 2004. Its recognition is now international and you can find it in the best restaurants ... and maybe soon in your place. Pioneers of the qualitative re-plantings in Languedoc, Guy and Marc Benin participated in the birth of the "great wines" of the region. They introduced grapes in the region such as Petit Verdot, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon and rehabilitated forgotten grape varieties such as Alicante and Aramont.
