In a few words ...

The central part of the Côte de Beaune is predestined for the production of great white wines, of which Puligny-Montrachet is undoubtedly one of the most glorious representatives. Renowned worldwide for its white wines, this vineyard borders Meursault to the north and Chassagne-Montrachet to the south. The soils are chalky to the point of yellowing. The white wines produced from Chardonnay are dry but round, with a perfume of flowers and fruit.
