"terroir: recent alluvium of limestone origin, with variations due to river courses, stony clay-limestone.elaboration: the grapes are harvested very early in the morning to benefit from the coolness of the night. After pressing, we carry out static cold settling to eliminate suspended particles. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks takes place at a low temperature of 16°c. The wines are then racked and aged in stainless steel vats until bottling.Tasting notes: An attractive pale yellow color with slightly green highlights. This wine opens with a subtle, slightly buttery nose, with notes of white flowers such as almond and honeysuckle. Fresh on the palate, with a lovely minerality and a delicate bitterness on the finish. Food & wine pairings: with delicate or spicy dishes (saffron), grilled fish, bouillabaisse."

The appellation Côtes-du-Rhône is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Famille Perrin and its 33 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
