Golden color with coppery highlights.the characteristically concentrated nose reveals aromas of honey, gingerbread and beeswax mingled with fresher notes of acacia flower and lime blossom, in an elegant, fragrant whole.the palate is dense, with good volume, character and fullness, revealing fine floral notes and fleshier notes of ripe exotic fruit.the fine, unctuous finish shows great aromatic complexity for this ample, generous vintage.serve at 8-10°c.alcoholic fermentation, post-fermentation maceration, run-off and malolactic fermentation. Separate vinification. 18-month blending. Aged 3 to 6 months.
