In a few words ...
The cellar's historic cuvée, I'm a blend of three grape varieties (Grenache Noir, Carignan and Syrah) hand-harvested at optimum ripeness. Rich and long on the palate, with mellow tannins and notes of overripe red fruit, vanilla and spices. Pair with game in sauce or fine cheeses. I'll mature another 4-5 years after bottling.
