Round and mellow, it will seduce you with its authenticity: red and black fruits and spicy flavors dominate, accompanied by a lovely woodiness. Enjoy with a variety of traditional dishes. 100% pinot noir. Young vines, 5 to 45 years old. 5.5 hectares, south-facing, on Saint-Doulchard marl. 23,000 bottles per year. Aged on fine lees for 10 to 18 months, mainly in new barrels. Aged for 15 to 20 years.
