In a few words ...
This Sancerre Blanc 2019 comes from parcels of clay-limestone terroir. Carefully tended throughout the year, they yield bunches of Sauvignon Blanc with beautiful round and balanced juices. Once the grapes have been harvested, we carry out a slow pressing (from 4 to 6 hours) to obtain crystal-clear juice and carefully release the aromas. The wine is then aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and enamelled vats for 4 to 6 months. Fermentation takes place naturally, using indigenous yeasts. The typicality of these terroirs offers a range of gourmet, fruity and refreshing flavors. It's up to you to discover them!
