In a few words ...
Made from old Monastrell vines (between 60 and 80 years old), this cuvée was sold at the time for 25 pesetas by the estate. Two years later, it proved to be a great success, and Domaine Olivares decided to keep part of the production in casks. And so, after 25 years of ageing, we can now share this fabulous nectar with you!

Superb cherry-red color, with brilliant carmine and brown tones, deep and clear
Aroma
Complex bouquet of figs, dates and intense ripe fruit, sweet spices, cocoa, balsamic and licorice.

Taste
Dense, full-bodied, ample and delicious on the palate. Good structure and plenty of freshness. A long, pleasant finish that leaves memories of ripe red fruit, with a moderate sweetness.
