In a few words ...

Original recipe from Maison Archambeaud Frères, Grande Distillerie de Bordeaux, founded in 1820. Paul Archambeaud, last head of the prestigious eponymous House, left a small black notebook containing 300 secret family recipes. This notebook was recently passed on to his grandson, Renaud de Barry, and has led to the creation of this bitter, a true symbol of the Basque soul and the incomparable basis for a quality PEPPER SPRITZ.

Interesting with its notes of Espelette pepper and a background that's not too sweet - I still prefer the Campari, but I'd put it above the Aperol ☺️
