A 100% grain brandy produced by triple distillation in an iron still of fermented mash (rye, oats and malted barley), to which juniper berries are added in the last pass before aging in oak casks.
Tasting notes
Taste
On the one hand, there are notes of white fruits such as pear, and above all a pastry-like style with custard aromas, giving it a welcoming, reassuring quality. The palate, on the other hand, is more spicy and juniper-like than the nose, with more bitter notes and toasty aromas in its wake.
