Appearance
Its golden yellow color perfectly reflects the blending and ageing in the cellar. Its effervescence is delicate and persistent.
Aroma
On the nose, notes of viennoiserie and yellow fruit such as mirabelle plum dominate.
Taste
Full-bodied and unctuous on the palate, with a fine balance between freshness and power. A long palate, characteristic of an exceptional Champagne.
