Vinification : Direct pressing after destemming and short maceration. Fermentation in clear juice with temperature control. Cold settling of must. Average annual production: 15,000 bottles Tasting notes Pale, clean color with green highlights. Pleasant, delicate nose with notes of white flowers (acacia, rosehip). Fresh and elegant on the palate. Floral notes return. Excellent balance.
