This Cabernet is the estate's flagship cuvée, produced from vineyards he fruit of this vintage comes from the estate's main vineyards, windswept in the hills of Horse Heaven. This Cabernet Sauvignon's elegance and complexity are the direct result of the meticulous attention paid by the winemakers as well as its careful ageing (aged in oak barrels for 20 months). The 2018 vintage is very close to an ideal year and has produced a high-quality harvest.
