At Twil, we guide you all year in the world of wine. And for the second year in a row, following last year’s incredible success – you are looking for more! – we are once again pushing our borders for the holidays with an exceptional exclusivity: CHSAS caviar, a refined French caviar that will create a sensation among your guests, at an exceptional price thanks to this limited offer.
Its conservation
Caviar can be kept in the refrigerator at a temperature between 0 and 6°. As with a good wine, it is advisable to open the box about ten minutes before serving and place it on a bed of ice.
After opening, the caviar must be consumed quickly, within 48 hours.
To know: It is essential to never remove it from its prestigious box to avoid altering the taste. It should not be cooked or heated.
Our tasting tips
Tasting Nature: Caviar is appreciated as it is (recommended quantity: 15 g per person) with the Russian style on hand or using a spoon (mother-of-pearl). It can be accompanied by a brut champagne, a dry white wine, an iced vodka or spirits like rum for example. Place the eggs on your tongue and let their flavors gently burst against your palate. Fully enjoy this moment of pure pleasure.
Tasting with a dish: Caviar can be served as toast on neutral bread or on blinis. It goes well with neutral dishes, such as potatoes, eggs or fresh cream, as well as with refined ingredients like scallops or shellfish.
Did you know? We can even pair it with sushi or pasta!
To preserve all its freshness, it is recommended to carry out the plating just before serving, in order to prevent the caviar from heating up.

Created in 1913, the house is relaunched with brio by Victor Duntze (4th generation) and today develops harmonious wines, authentic and extremely promising. In the 19th century, many Germans came to bring their management, accounting and commercial expertise to the young houses of Champagne. Names like Krug, Bollinger, Deutz or Taittinger then began to become known. Friedrich Duntze (1856-1944) was part of this wave.
Created in 1930, the Château Grand Destieu extends to the south of Saint-Émilion, in the heart of a millenary vineyard listed by UNESCO.
After having enlarged the estate and modernized the cellars, Bernard Debacque now ensures the management alongside his team.
This family property, certified HVE-3, emphasizes excellence.
Its emblematic wine, a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, is offered exclusively in bottle.

Driven by the intuition of David Hohnen, Cloudy Bay is an expression of the remarkable potential of the Marlborough Valley in New Zealand, which he was the first to highlight for Sauvignon Blanc. By founding Cloudy Bay, Hohnen has not only pushed the limits of this grape variety, but also engraved its name among the emblematic figures of the wines of the New World.
Fall for Ruinart!
Ruinart Rosé 2016 – an elegant and delicately fruity vintage.
R by Ruinart – the high-end accessible, balanced and easy to associate with all your dishes.
The box Ruinart – the ideal gift for lovers of great cuvées.
Choosing Ruinart is opting for the excellence of one of the oldest houses of Champagne. The classics of the house put the Chardonnay in the spotlight, for subtle and harmonious champagnes. Whether it’s the vintage Dom Ruinart and Dom Ruinart Rosé cuvées or the more accessible cuvées, each bottle offers a refined experience, easy to enjoy on any occasion.
Hidden behind the walls of the distillery, a first creation matured for five years in French oak barrels that contained cognac, preserving its unique character in silence. At its launch in 2002, it defied convention: for the first time, a grain whisky was made exclusively from black wheat—a cereal that produces half as much alcohol as barley and whose yield is four times lower per hectare. This bold bet has given rise to a singular cuvée, certified by the geographical indication of Brittany, where each step, from the grinding of grains to aging, takes place in the secret and ancestral know-how of the house.
Since 2014, Fabienne Vilain and Denis Garnier, owners of the Château de Champ-Renard, have completely restructured the vineyard and now offer a range of Beaujolais wines full of character.
Champ-Renard is making a name for itself in the region by focusing on an eco-responsible approach, respectful of soils and biodiversity.
Céline and Antoine Angst started their winemaker adventure in 2009, without a family heritage in wine, driven by passion and exceptional determination. On 12 hectares, they produce a wide range of wines (Chablis, Premiers Crus, Petit-Chablis, Burgundy White and Rosé, Irancy and Crémant de Bourgogne) by promoting the Burgundian terroir, with conviviality and love of the soil as central values.
A true reference of quality in the Rhône Valley, we no longer present this large family house praised by the famous critic Robert Parker.
The know-how of Maison Brotte?
A perfect knowledge of the terroirs and mastery of the art of winemaking and breeding that has been passed down from father to son for 5 generations.
The result?
Wines 100% safe values and environmentally friendly.
The ODDO family had the rare opportunity to appropriate one of the most prestigious terroirs in the Stellenbosch region: the Taaibosch vineyard, formerly called Ferme de Cordoba. This 59-hectare estate, located on the slopes of the Helderberg mountains, enjoys a remarkable natural environment. Its exceptional terroir offers optimal conditions for the expression and development of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties.
Since 1859, Louis Jadot develops exceptional wines in Burgundy, combining traditional know-how passed down from generation to generation and a deep respect for the terroir. Each cuvée comes from carefully selected plots, reflecting the uniqueness of its appellation.
From Savigny-Lès-Beaune to Rully and Beaune Premier Cru, the wines stand out for their elegance, finesse and authenticity, offering a refined taste experience, whether today or after a few years of aging.
Pierre Cotton and Marine Bonnet, partners, share a common vision for the future and sustainability of the vine.
The estate, anchored in an old building on the south side of the hill of Brouilly, is the heart of 5 hectares family worked for 5 generations.
Since 1856, the estate has expanded to reach today 12 hectares, cultivated on the prestigious appellations of Beaujolais: Brouilly, Côte de Brouilly, Régnié and Fleurie.
