One of terlato and chapoutier's two great shiraz cuvées, 100% shiraz on a soil of schist, slate and quartz. Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. Eye: deep, intense ruby with purplish highlights. Nose: black fruits, violets and fur. Palate: fresh attack, velvety mid-palate. Spices, tangy wild strawberries. Good length.
