In a few words ...
This is the revival of our historic cuvée already produced in 1880, and presented by our Guinot ancestors at the 1889 Universal Exhibition. First temperature-controlled fermentation in vats, blending of several years' harvest, aging on lees in bottle for 2 years, manual riddling and disgorging on the fly.
