This cuvée is essentially composed of 100% Mauzac. It is aged for longer before blending and in the bottle, giving it greater roundness. A "liqueur d'expédition" has been added. It's a liqueur we make ourselves, composed of old wine, sugar and...our trade secrets! The traditional method. First fermentation at controlled temperature, blending of several years' harvest, aging on lees in bottle for 3 years, manual riddling and disgorging on the fly.

Warm and velvety!
Appearance
A more pronounced, brilliant golden color.
Aroma
Full on the nose.

Taste
It's a demi-sec, so slightly sweet. The wine is mature, with a good structure that has evolved thanks to controlled ageing. Round and supple on the palate.
