This is "les grains des copains", because the domaine vinifies grapes from partner winegrowers, with the same approach to quality. This is a very accessible mellow wine, expressing clean fruitiness, perfectly balanced between liqueur and acidity: the stainless steel tank preserves the fruitiness of the grapes, while the barrels bring volume and roundness to the wine. The price is also very reasonable... this 2023 has a fresh, seductive profile, with a good balance of sugar and acidity. Ideal as an aperitif or with foie gras, sheep's cheese... Or Oriental cuisine! 67% gros-manseng, 33% petit-manseng. Vines from plots between 300 and 325m altitude. Matured partly in stainless steel vats and partly in oak barrels.
