The winemaker

Nestling on the slopes of Jurançon, Domaine Canin Larredya covers 9.5 hectares. For many years, the estate relied on a cooperative to make its wine. In 1988, Jean-Marc Grussaute urged his parents, the owners of the estate, to leave the cooperative, and a new adventure began for the vineyard. The wines are made from gros manseng, petit manseng, petit courbu and camaralet grapes, and are organically farmed.
