Appearance

Beautiful blood-red color, quite dark and sustained.

Aroma

Aromas of very ripe black fruit and roasting. Fresh, lively and precise, with good volume. A few notes of bitter chocolate appear on the second nose, adding a little more complexity. A fine, elegant woodiness is evenly present.

Taste

Rich, balanced and silky. All the black fruits are present, always accompanied by a few chocolate notes to which are added some very fine woody notes. The tannins are mellow, silky, fine and velvety, giving a very good finish.
