The grape varieties are Merlot (80%) and Cabernet Franc (20%). J. Suckling : 91-92/100

    Attention, there's a mistake in the name and the display: this is the second wine, Seigneur d'Aiguilhe! Honest, but clearly below the château's first wine, which I adore. Will perhaps reveal itself in a few years.

    The appellation Castillon-Côtes-de-Bordeaux is part of the region of Bordeaux from France which include Château d'Aiguilhe and its 17 cuvées. Spread over 80% red wines, but also 11% white wines, 9% rosé, this region is 6 million hectolitres per yer (80% red wines + white wines (dry, sweet and fortified), clairet and crémant rosés).
