In a few words ...
Assembly : 76% Semillon - 24% Sauvignon vinification : barrel fermentation. Aged for 9 to 12 months in 40 to 50% new oak. TASTING : A complex nose of white flowers, pineapple, lemon and ripe, juicy white peach. On the palate, the attack is lively, almost acidic. The freshness gives the wine a linear quality, which then opens out into a much more voluminous, voluptuous whole. This dry white wine then expresses all the characteristics of a great Graves sweet wine, typical of Semillon grown on illustrious terroirs.

Robe Jaune or, limpide et brillante, peut avoir des reflets verts.
Aroma
Notes of citrus and accacia, the nose is reminiscent of white-fleshed fruit. There are hints of hazelnut and toast.
