In a few words ...
From our oldest Sémillon and Sauvignon vines, this selection of well-balanced grapes provides the raw material for a deliberately limited cuvée. The selected must is "entoned" in September, where it ferments and rests on its lees until late spring. In this way, it acquires the body and fatness that encapsulate aromas of dried, lightly toasted fruit. A wine for great pleasure, it should be drunk within 3 years of bottling.

Appearance
It has a brilliant golden color with straw-yellow highlights.
Aroma
Toasty, buttery aromas mingle with woody notes before giving way to dried fruits, apricots, almonds and hazelnuts.
