Château de Massiac's Cuvée AMBRE Vendange Tardive is blended with 100% Gros Manseng harvested in December from young vines. Vinification takes place in barrels using natural yeasts. Half of the wine is aged for 4 years, the rest for 2 years.

As good as a Hungarian Tokaji. Nice, with a touch of acidity. Not too fruity.
