Cuvée espérance en Minervois is a selection of the estate's best plot segments. Blended with 80% Syrah, 20% Grenache on 20-year-old vines. Vinification lasts 4 to 5 weeks, with délestage, remontage and pigeage depending on tasting. Aging lasts 12 months in barrel and 8 months in vat.
