Wine Alsace Pinot Ou Klevener
A new Alsatian grape variety, a white version of Pinot Noir, also called Klevner: Pinot Blanc. It is not classified as a "noble grape variety" in Alsace, and should not be confused with Klevener de Heiligenstein (also an Alsatian wine). Read more on Alsace Pinot ou Klevener

Appellation Alsace Pinot ou Klevener
Less aromatic than its fellow Riesling, Gewurztraminer...the wine is often the result of a blend between Pinot and Auxerrois. The nose and the mouth are slightly lacking in expression, however it is good value for money. Its substance is nervous, lively and complex. The trick is to find a producer who will limit the volume of production to concentrate his grapes... enjoy your tasting!
