Appellation Alsace Sylvaner
The 1380 hectares planted offer us a wine that is often not very expressive on the nose, lacking slightly in aroma. However, the palate is easy to drink, fresh and light, and goes perfectly with a fish salad for example. We are not looking for a grand cru here, but the pleasure of a simple and fresh wine.
