Crémant d'Alsace is an appellation d'origine contrôlée sparkling wine produced throughout the Alsace vineyards. The rarer Crémant rosé is made from pinot noir grapes. The undisputed leader of French sparkling wines after Champagne, Crémant d'Alsace is a refined aperitif ideal for receptions, cocktails and parties. Its production method is identical to that of Champagne.
