The winemaker

The Paul Ginglinger family estate has seen 13 generations of winemakers since 1610. Thanks to its long experience, the estate, located near Eguisheim, offers wines of great quality and character. An estate that reflects the family's passion. Michel, who took over the estate from his father in 2000, has been applying the various techniques he learned there to produce wines of great finesse, having completed several internships in estates around the world as well as in France (Burgundy, South Africa and Chile). The 13 hectares of east- and southeast-facing vines benefit from a dry, warm microclimate and plenty of sunshine, producing powerful wines that retain a fine minerality and are destined for long ageing.
