The winemaker
With its long experience, the field, located near Eguisheim, thus offering high quality wines and character. Having done several internships in fields around the world but also in France (Burgundy, South Africa or Chile), Michel, who took over the area in 2000 after his father, applies different techniques that there learned and produces wines of great finesse. The 13 hectares of vines is exposed and southeast are very sunny and have a dry and warm microclimate which gives powerful wines but retain a nice minerality and are intended for long aging.
