In a few words ...
For 15 years, I've devoted myself to red wines, so I had a long time to prepare my white wine. I wanted it to be like this, not like that. I finally found the vine, the grape variety and the White Page was written! It comes from a 60-year-old Grenache vineyard, planted with both types of Grenache: 80% white and 20% grey. Aged in clay eggs.
