The vines are cultivated without the use of insecticides or weedkillers, using Ecocert-certified organic farming methods. AGE OF VINES Carignan 69, 61, 48, 40 years old, Grenache 30, 9 and 6 years old, Syrah 28 and 10 years old, Mourvèdre 9 years old: a multi-generational cuvée! VINIFICATION Hand-picked, bunches de-stemmed and crushed. Vatting for 28-30 days. 1 manual punching of the cap each day, until total immersion of the cap. Partial blending of grape varieties at vatting. Carignan 65%, Syrah 25%, Grenache noir 6%, Mourvèdre 4%. 100% vat-aged.

A great Corbières at an affordable price.
A lovely southern wine with aromas of garrigue, black fruits and spices. Generous, greedy and fresh on the palate. A highly drinkable wine that combines power and freshness. I love this wine! Go for it!
