From the young vines (20 years old on average) of our properties in the Côtes de Castillon: Château La Croix Lartigue and Château Claud Bellevue, planted at a density of 5,000 to 6,600 vines/ha and harvested by hand... 90% merlot, 10% cabernet franc. Sustainable viticulture, manual harvesting, aging in two-wine barrels, aging in stainless steel vats, clay-limestone soils.
