In a few words ...

Assembly : 60% merlot - 28% cabernet sauvignon - 10% cabernet franc - 2% petit verdot vinification : traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats for 15 days. Fining with fresh egg whites precedes bottling 20 months after harvest. Maturation in French oak barrels for 12 months, with 50% new wood and 50% one-year-old wood, to respect the fruit. TASTING : beautiful deep ruby color. Fresh nose with hints of red fruit. Silky, voluminous, elegant and subtle on the palate.
