The winemaker

The Paul Barre Bordeaux vineyard, located at the entrance to the village of La Grave in the Bordeaux wine region, takes its name from the owner of the property. Paul Barre carefully crafts red Bordeaux wines from emblematic Bordeaux grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet franc and Malbec. One of the major elements of Paul Barre's approach is the use of bio-dynamic agriculture since 1990. In fact, he is one of the pioneers of biodynamic viticulture in the Bordeaux region. The estate also pays particular attention to working with a horse and without toxic products on its 8-hectare vineyard.
