The winemaker
Located in the heart of the Auxerrois vineyards, Domaine PetitJean is a family-run winery fundamentally rooted in the wine-making traditions of the region. Today, it is the 4th generation that runs the estate, represented by two brothers: Romaric and Mathias.
With their experience and know-how handed down from generation to generation, they are committed to managing the family estate with respect for the environment, combining tradition and modernity.
Our vines are naturally grassed between the rows so that the terroirs can express themselves at their best, thus favouring soil biodiversity. The vineyard, which today covers an area of 21 hectares, produces wines with the following appellations: Saint-Bris, Bourgogne Aligoté, Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre and Crémant de Bourgogne.
