In a few words ...
Abandoned after the phylloxera crisis, we have recreated this vineyard in its entirety since 1983. Replanted by our father in a spirit of quality (low-yielding rootstock, high density, flat guyot pruning, organic farming), the vineyard allows natural control of production and optimum ripeness. The bathonian clay-limestone soils give the wine all its minerality.
