The parcel is located to the north of the village of Marsannay in a place called "en la verde", facing due east. This location is just off the combe leading to Corcelle les Monts. This very wide combe brings a lot of stones to the clay-limestone soil, making it very draining, which is very good for growing vines. What's more, this combe brings a lot of wind, making for a healthy climate for grapes.
