In a few words ...
Location: Plots of land all around the Roche de Vergisson. Age of vines: 10 to 40 years Soil: Sandstone soils, magnesian Triassic clay soils, as well as sloping limestone soils made up of marl and hard "gryphée" limestone. Vinification and ageing: 50% in stainless steel vats and 50% in barrels. No new barrels. Barrels of 1 to 4 wines.
