The winemaker

The Vranken Champagne Estate

The champagne Vranken wine estate covers 270 hectares. Its grape varieties are white Chardonnay, black Meunier and black Pinot. The vines take advantage of the semi-oceanic and semi-continental climate of the region, as well as the chalky and limestone subsoil. The vinification of Vranken champagne is carried out using the traditional Champagne method. The estate practices wood vinification using oak barrels, depending on the ability of the musts to hold the wood.

The different Vranken champagnes

Vranken Champagnes are available in plain or rosé. Their reputation throughout the world is not usurped and you will delight your guests by serving them as an aperitif or with dessert.

The emblematic vintage of Vranken champagnes: Brut Premium Demoiselle

Cuvée Demoiselle is the iconic production of Vranken champagnes. These are wines made with a majority of Chardonnay, the noblest grape variety of Champagne.

The mouth is of great fluidity and homogeneity. Mademoiselle Champagne, plain or rosé, is light and fine, with a robust structure and persistence. Its length is as surprising as it is delicious.

The nose evokes the freshness of green apple with the unctuousness due to the Chardonnay. It is enveloped by touches of toast.

Vranken vintages

The Vranken cuvées represent a selection of brut champagnes, very natural, from the traditional Champagne blend. Natural, the wine displays a golden yellow color with amber highlights; rosé, its color is pale and sparkling. White fruit aromas dominate, before becoming slightly stewed, with a finish of dried fruit.

The Diamond Cuvées

The Diamant cuvees skillfully blend Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The blend is refined, until a perfect balance is found that is unlike any other.

Vranken Brut Diamant blanc Champagne

This champagne is from a "Brut Nature" vintage, which means that no liqueur is added. Liqueur is used to improve the quality of the juices, but since the grapes used are of the highest quality, Champagne Vranken Brut Diamant Blanc easily dispenses with this addition.

The wine benefits from about 8 years of maturation in the cellar, in order to allow it to pass its natural acidity and to allow it to express its fruit aromas. For comparison, the classic Vranken Brut Nature is aged in the cellar for 4 years. It is a champagne with an intense freshness. Very strong in attack, the mouth then declines suave aromas of stewed white fruits.

Vranken Brut Diamant Rosé Champagne

The Champagne Vranken Brut Diamant rosé is dominated by Chardonnay, it gets its color from 15% pinot noir. Its pale pink color is majestically elegant. The aromas of Champagne Vranken Brut Diamant rosé are impregnated with honey and citrus fruits, expressing also buttered nuances.
