In a few words ...
Champagne's latest revolution in quality and oenology, but above all in taste, Demoiselle "Tête de Cuvée" is made from premium A grapes, harvested at optimum ripeness. Richer in sugar and acid, this juice has more subtle aromas, and produces wines with great freshness on the palate and good ageing potential.
This cuvée, subtly floral and mineral on the nose, develops aromas of yellow fruit and dried fruit on the palate. Its elegance and finesse come from Chardonnay, the grape variety that accounts for 80% of the blend, with Pinot Noir in addition. These wines are perfect as aperitifs.
Tasting notes
Appearance
Pale gold in color, typical of Chardonnay, with green and white crystalline highlights, this cuvée is characterized by its fine bubbles and a cordon de mousse.
Aroma
Citrus notes predominate, supported by nuances of berries (apricot) and white flowers. Brioche and honey notes round out this highly complex nose.

Taste
Beautiful balance and incredible freshness support the aromatic complexity detected on the nose. Finesse and elegance. The finish is precise and leaves a delicate lemony note.
