This Premier Cru Champagne perfectly illustrates the successful marriage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Very well-balanced on the palate, it offers a fresh, elegant bouquet.
"Praised for its harmony, this brut features two-thirds chardonnay and pinot noir. Its deep gold color is streaked with fine bubbles. Reserved yet elegant, the nose is divided between toasty, buttery notes, with hints of caramel and dried fruit. The palate enriches this palette of fruit and leather, and offers a structured, fresh body. The dosage is just right (8 g/l) and the length remarkable. A champagne at its best.
