The SO DARK cuvée is made from Pinot Noir from terroirs classified as Grands Crus in the Montagne de Reims (Ambonnay, Bouzy) and Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs grands crus (Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Avize, Cramant). Pinot Noir, a dark-fleshed grape, confers vinosity and structure, while white-fleshed Chardonnay expresses minerality and freshness.

Appearance
Clear, pale yellow with coppery highlights.
Aroma
Slightly toasted, roasted hazelnuts, pears. Lemon notes in the background.
Taste
Full and frank attack. Pear and pear and hints of liquorice. A powerful wine that whets the appetite. Complexity will undoubtedly develop with age.
