A lively wine. Supple and sapid, it goes wonderfully well with shellfish. Aged in oak barrels for around 4 years, it takes the time to concentrate the aromas so dear to the Savagnin grape.

A brilliant golden yellow, its promising intensity increases with age.
Aroma
Oiled wines are floral and mineral, developing honey notes with age. More oxidative wines are more lively, with a hint of walnut.

Chardonnays are elegant, with floral and white-fleshed fruit aromas. Savagnins, which are often oxidative, are more lively, resembling yellow wine, with a strong presence of walnut, green apple and dried fruit.
