The winemaker

This small 12-hectare vineyard is full of surprises, offering 5 different grape varieties (Chardonnay, Savagnin, Poulsard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir) of excellent quality. In addition to the excellent Crémant, we also produce an excellent Vin Jaune, typical of the region. Made from 100% Savagnin grapes, it's a complex wine, round, acidic and intense on the palate, a perfect match for typical local dishes. More classic white wines are also on offer.
