In a few words ...
This wine, called the 4th (generation) is a nod to the traditions we've often hijacked. Here, we respect the classics as a tribute to our ancestors. In the photo, you can see my grandfather, his father and his grandfather. The three grape varieties are vinified separately, the Grenache in cold, the Syrah and the Carignan in maceration for several weeks, with gentle, limited extraction in the spirit of an infusion. Blending is carried out after malo to obtain the best harmony of fruit.
